Mob of Muslims in India assaults Hindu patients in a hospital

The turmoil was brought under control through the deployment of significant security forces and the enforcement of section 144 by authorities. According to the Times of India, "Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code of 1973 empowers the executive magistrate of any state or territory to issue an order restricting the gathering of four or more individuals in a specific area. However, it would be a mistake to assume that the violent Muslims in India simply restored peace and did not plan further attacks on Hindus following the initial pre-planned violence."

Despite numerous global media outlets distorting the facts and portraying this severe violence against Hindus by Muslims as an instance of Muslim victimhood in India, organized groups of Muslims conducted a coordinated assault on the hospital where Hindu victims of previous violence were being treated.

The recent incident of brutality occurred after the riots, when an angry mob of around fifty young individuals stormed into a hospital treating the injured victims of the violence. Several of these rioters climbed onto the hospital roof and hurled stones at police personnel stationed on the street. The crowd also set fire to vehicles belonging to doctors, destroyed exterior cameras, and proceeded to physically assault individuals. They even stole 300,000 rupees ($3,626.08) from a car and subjected a man to public humiliation by stripping him naked on the hospital grounds.

Other Muslims entered the hospital premises and proceeded to segregate patients, doctors, and healthcare workers based on their religious affiliation. These individuals then proceeded to attack Hindus using makeshift weapons, including sticks they had brought with them. Among their victims was a three-year-old girl, the daughter of a doctor, who was struck with a stick.

While the leftist system perceived these aggressors as the primary victims in India's secular context, they targeted a pregnant woman within the hospital, beating her arms and legs with a baton. When the distressed woman attempted to flee, they forcefully pushed her, causing her to fall. Reports suggest that the hospital staff and doctors, who witnessed the mob violence, are in a state of shock and have refrained from commenting. Despite the destruction of CCTV cameras within the hospital, some of these incidents were captured by external cameras. Law enforcement identified and apprehended two suspects based on this footage. Muslims in India have a history of organizing large mobs that rampage through hospitals, assaulting doctors and healthcare workers.

In June 2019, a Muslim mob turned Kolkata's NRS Hospital in West Bengal into a battleground following the death of 75-year-old Mohammed Sayeed due to illness. Medical college students alleged that the police stood idly by as attackers assaulted doctors and nurses with projectiles and sticks. A medical intern sustained severe injuries that significantly impacted his medical career.

At least ten instances of Muslims assaulting doctors and vandalizing hospitals were documented during the Covid-19 pandemic. Md. Kamaruddin, along with 23 others, was arrested for orchestrating the brutal beating of a young doctor at Udali Covid Care Centre in Assam, prompted by the death of a relative due to the pandemic. Sheikh Sabir Ali and his associates vandalized Uluberia Super Speciality Hospital in Howrah, West Bengal, for similar reasons. Chayan Sheikh's relatives and neighbors demolished Ketugram Block Hospital in West Bengal following his Covid-related death. In another incident, Aamir and Rashid attempted to murder a doctor in Uttar Pradesh as revenge for their brother's death from Covid.

On one hand, they caused disturbances when their family members succumbed to Covid-19, and on the other hand, they harassed healthcare workers attempting to care for Muslim patients, causing injuries to several individuals. Reports indicate that Tablighi Jamaat attendees placed in the Narela quarantine station in Delhi for medical assessment violated lockdown regulations, mistreated nurses, and engaged in unsanitary behavior, exacerbating challenges for frontline workers.
