Is it a problem if Hindus worship cows?

In India we consider cows as a holy animal, we worship them in many festivals also as we know that cows are a holy animal. In many Lord Shiva's temples, we can see that cows were also kept in front of the temple as Lord Shiva’s one of the favourite animals in Cow in Hindu we call it Nandi.

But in India, Hindus face a lot of criticism, or you can say that we face a lot of hate for worshipping cows. These criticisms especially come from the Muslim majority. India is a Hindu country, but in India, everyone has the freedom to worship as their culture, Hindu people never criticize any culture, but Muslims do. There are many such cases where you can see the hate because of cow worshipping.

Well, the Muslim people need to brush up their minds that Hindu people have a culture, and we have been following it since we evolved. Our Holy books also mention how our Rishi-Munis (Saints) also worshipped cows. But Muslims always tried to push their own cultures upon us.

We know how Muslim people smuggle cows from different states and send them to other countries, and it falls under serious crime, but who would stop them from this? Several laws are also enforced in our countries for this crime, but it seems Muslims have taken it for granted.

ANNEX II (8) Gist of State Legislations on Cow Slaughter, in this there is a list where several states have enforced laws for cow slaughtering in India. As Hindus, we are not telling any Muslim to devote cows as we do, but they have no rights to harm also, neither they have the right to criticize us. Hindus have their legacy, which will be followed wherever they reside, but any Muslim does not have any right to hurt the sentiments of any Hindu as it is also a crime.
