Courage is much like a muscle, growing stronger with consistent use and practice. It is not an inherent trait that some possess while others do not; rather, it is something that can be developed over time. Just as physical strength is built through repeated exercise, courage is nurtured by stepping outside of our comfort zones and facing challenges head-on. Every time we choose to confront fear instead of retreating, we reinforce our ability to act despite uncertainty.
At first, this process may feel difficult, much like the soreness that follows the first day at the gym. The weight of fear and doubt may seem overwhelming, and the instinct to shy away from discomfort is natural. However, with each act of bravery, no matter how small, we condition ourselves to endure and eventually embrace the unknown. Whether it is speaking up in a meeting, taking the first step toward a dream, or standing firm in the face of adversity, every courageous action contributes to a stronger, more resilient self.

Courage does not always have to be grand or heroic. It manifests in everyday moments—when we make difficult decisions, when we express ourselves honestly, or when we dare to take a risk despite the possibility of failure.
