Be action-oriented, not results-oriented

Being action-oriented means focusing on the process and the actions you take to achieve your goals, rather than solely fixating on the desired outcome. It involves placing emphasis on taking consistent and meaningful actions that align with your objectives. On the other hand, being results-oriented means being solely fixated on the end result, often neglecting the process or actions required to get there.


While it may seem counterintuitive, adopting an action-oriented mindset can actually lead to better results in the long run. Here are a few reasons why:
