A horrifying murder took place in Delhi's Shahbad Dairy area, where a 16-year-old girl named Sakshi was brutally killed by Sahil, someone she considered a 'friend'. The entire incident was captured on CCTV footage, revealing the gruesome details. Sakshi was repeatedly stabbed over 20 times by Sahil, who then proceeded to crush her head using a large rock.
The tragedy unfolded as Sakshi was en route to a birthday party for her friend's son when Sahil intercepted her and initiated the attack with a knife. Without mercy, Sahil continued to stab Sakshi multiple times before resorting to using a heavy concrete block to crush her head.
According to reports, Sakshi and Sahil were involved in a relationship that had turned bitter, leading to a heated argument the day before the murder. The victim's father lodged a complaint with the Delhi Police, prompting them to register a First Information Report (FIR) regarding the case.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Suman Nalwa, stated that the murder was reported the previous day, and an investigative team has been assembled to probe the incident. The police have identified Sahil as the prime suspect and have assured the public that his arrest is imminent. Shockingly, despite several individuals witnessing the gruesome act, no one intervened to prevent the attack.
This marks the second incident in recent days where a teenager has fallen victim to a fatal stabbing in Delhi. Just earlier this month, an 18-year-old boy was stabbed to death by a group of boys, adding to the growing concern regarding such incidents in the city.
